You can choose from a wide range of standard homes, or if you feel inspired, even draw out your own preliminary design. Our project engineers will then process it, redraw it with the help of computer programs and give you as accurate a price estimate as possible. This three-dimensional, virtual model will help you envision your new house, allowing you to see it from all sides and thereby enabling you to make all the necessary adjustments.

The next stage is begun after our architects redraw your designs, namely processing paperwork and applying for building permits - services provided by Ecomodula. The period between project conception and realization is very short thanks to a the dynamics of the project department and above all to our effective technology coupled with thorough preparation and synchronized delivery.

You can invest the money you didn’t spend on rent while waiting to move into your new house (normal construction methods can take up to 12 months to complete a project) directly into energy saving appliances for your new home!!

A Brief Overview of the Project Stages

As every project is unique, some stages may merge together while others may arise...

Stage 1

  • Introduction, getting to know one another to better enable us to meet your needs
  • Selecting a standard home, making adjustments to suit personal taste and style (revizing the floor plan, changing the dimensions of the house, modifying internal partition walls).
  • Visiting a standard home with accompanying expert technical commentary, plus a presentation of the materials and equipment used in construction.
  • Designing a project to suit individual requirements.
  • Presenting you with: Our catalogue of homes, our list of prices, our standard selection of bathroom accessories and kitchen units, Ecomodula contact info.

Stage 2

  • Selecting accessories for your home - kitchen unit, flooring materials, window ornamentation, bathroom and kitchen doors, thermal insulation, facade, roofing materials, inside doors, pergola, garage, terrace..
  • We will prepare a cost estimate for you which will directly correlate to the selections you have made.
  • In the case that you have not yet secured a means of financing your project or you would like to familiarize yourself with your options, a FREE consultation with our financial partners can be arranged.

Stage 3

  • Introduction to contract terms.
  • Approval of blue prints and cost estimate of the house.
  • Signing the contract
  • Reservation fee of 100 000 CZK
  • Finalization of all project documentation no later than 3 weeks from the signing of the contract.
  • The investor is responsible for all documents necessary to obtain a building permit.

Stage 4

  • An invoice for 20% of the total building costs will be sent to you within 20 days of obtaining the building permit.
  • The foundations are layed.
  • Your plans are forwarded to the production department.

Stage 5

  • Construction is commenced within 30 calendar days of the
  • An invoice for 40% of the total building costs will be presented to you at the time when materials are delivered to the construction site
  • Structure shell erected (2-3 weeks)
     

Stage 6

  • An invoice for 20% of the total building costs will be sent to you.

Stage 7

  • Finishing touches added to complete the shell (6-9 weeks)
  • An invoice for 15% of the total building costs at the  time of finalization will be sent to you and your reservation fee will be refunded.

Stage 8

  • Your house is complete! You will recieve a certificate of completion and proof warranty.
  • An invoice for 5% of the total building costs will be sent to you within 7 days of completion.
