Building Permit

As part of our all inclusive construction plan, Ecomodula will facilitate all the paperwork and documentation for your home. This will be forwarded to you within 3 weeks of signing the contract. All the necessary permits can be obtained on the basis of these documents.

All documents necessary for the building approval process pertaining to the construction site are the sole responsibility of the client (Police of the Czech Republic, Water and sewage, electric company, etc.). The local Construction Administration will give you these details.
