A special feature of ECO+PASSIVE is the heat rcuperation unit included in the package. We guartanee that your home will be  "move-in" ready within three months with all floors having been laid, heating units and kitchen appliances installed, bathroom accessories mounted, walls painted and  the clean-up process finished. You will be able to select all the accessories for your house - windows, doors, sinks, etc - in our showroom before construction is commenced and we will be more than happy to assist you in this process should you request it.
