ECO SEMI-FINISHED HOME OFFER
Our semi-finished structures are well suited to clients who have the drive and ability to complete the interior and façade of their building themselves. This can be accomplished either alone or with the help of proffesionals and tradesmen freely available on the the construction market. Semi-finished homes subsume the first five of our project stages.
What does the package contain?
Our semi-finished home offer comprises:
- The erection of frames, trusses and siding panels
- The erection of partition walls
- All roof work including the gutter system
- All windows and outer doors
- Insulation in the roof and peripheral walls
- The sealing of all joints and seams with "air–stop"
- Free delivery up to 100 km from Ecomodula Headquarters
Upon completion, the semi-finished home is fully enclosed and insulated, leaving only the interior spaces and façade to be refined. The greatest advantage of this option is almost certainly the exceptional speed at which it can be erected; from start to finish - laying the foundation excluded , - an average home (with approximately 100 m² of gross floor area) can be assembled in 3–4 weeks.
