testo 880 – cutting-edge technology

Infrared radiation cannot be seen by the human eye. However, all objects with a temperature above absolute zero (about -273 degrees Celsius) emit infrared thermal radiation. Thermal imagers can convert infrared radiation into electrical signals and thus render them visible. With the outstanding image quality of the testo 880, you see even the smallest temperature differences.

With a thermal resolution < 0.1 °C and perfectly developed electronics for the ideal utilization of the detector, the testo 880 delivers pin-sharp images that convince even the most demanding users. A wide-angle lens and a telephoto lens enable the adaptation to various sizes of and distances to the objects to be measured. Ideally exploiting the IR radiation is guaranteed by the high-quality F1 germanium lens. Testo 880 with installed digital camera and image-in-image function combines real and IR images for fast, secure and simple documentation.
