We do not "sub out" work to other companies; all deliveries come directly from our headquarters in Písek, Czech Republic.
We offer the ACOND 250l heat pump as a standard part of all our turnkey packages.
All construction timber used in our buildings is E1 and FSC certified.
We use OSB 4 particle board, which is manufactured using a formaldehyde-free binder, is highly resistant to water and meets all of the stringent technical and ecological requirements of the market.

Not even the mind-boggling developments in the information technology field and building elements prefabrication in manufacturing have succeeded in removing the big chasm between the theoretical calculations of the construction quality performed in the project office and the final result after the construction is finished. Why?
This problem does not pertain to wooden buildings only, but troubles the construction industry as a profession. Problems of heat bridges between seams of walls, floors and ceilings, insulation and tightness of windows and doors, air insulation and air exchange control, insulation use and quality and water vapors management all bring risk to long life of the building.
Technical solutions and sophisticated inventive products do exist, but they are often omitted or are not correctly implemented during construction. For this reason most construction firms will lower their standards and sell you the theory (calculated in the project office).
We are one of the few construction companies that will guarantee air tightness of the building by an independent organization measurement of your family home in real life conditions using modern technology (Blowerdoor test).
Elimination of eventual heat bridges is being performed by thermal camera testing starting this year.
