Our wooden panels are certified by accredited organizations (see certificates).
All our lumber is from KVH (KonstruktionVollHolz) - certified timber fullfilling all norms for stablility, durability and perfect assembly.
OSB 4 particle board – Complies with EN 300 and meets all requirements for E1 certification, bonded with formaldehyde-free glue.
Our insulation, both cellulose and mineral based, is certified in accordance with European norms; thermal attributes range from U = 0,036 to U = 0,040 wm²K.
All of our siding panels are certified and meet ČSN norms. They have been tested and can withstand direct fire exposure for 30 minutes.
We use only the highest quality and most efficient windows with the distinguished attribute of preventing the establishment of thermal bridges. They come in a variety of materials - plastic/aluminum, wood/aluminum - and offer a selection of double-pane (U=1.1 wm²K) and triple-pane (U = 0.6 wm²K) models.
Peripheral wall panels have a sound reduction index of Rw: 41db – 44db, insulated ceilings have an index of Rw 35db, the index of floors is Rw: 40db and of partition walls is Rw: 41db.
Much of our lumber is pressure impregnated to ensure a long lifespan from our structures.
We use a larch veneer on many of our structures as this wood is highly resistant to the adverse effects of weather.
Our wood can also be treated with natural oils, rendering it impervious to wind, rain and snow.
The Weber Terranova facade is an easily applied, silicon based surface available in variety of colours.
Rockwool mineral based insulation - Rockwool Frontrock max-E is a dual density slab for external wall systems with excellent thermal conductivity performance and high sound absorption.

Utility lines are run through otherwise unused crawl space, thus guaranteeing the vapor barrier a perfect seal.
