This 92 m² home is the latest developement since MODULA 82. Its concept is the same but the six meter width makes it an ideal house for a four member family.
This is a single-story wooden house without habitable attic space, though it is possible to create an additional, small, uninsulted storage area there instead. French windows lend brightness to the home and allow ample light into the rooms. The adjoining garden can be accessed directly from the living room and there is a comfortable sitting area on the terrace.
As partition walls are not used for support, we are able to comply with all your wishes regarding the layout of your house!
