Ecomodula employs five project engineers, two of them architects, who are fully involved in finding feasible solutions for your projects and work to integrate your demands with modern and sophisticated architecture. They are able to prepare a variety of different project types from which you can choose the option best suited to your needs.
Professionalism and experience are present at all stages of the process, from the drafting of the project, where all involved must be able to comunicate constructively and effectively, to production and workshop preparation, to construction and assembly which is carried out by our own qualified personel - not outsourced to a subcontractor.
Our assemblers have a wealth of experience and are highly trained in construction technology, regularly attending courses and constantly updating their knowledge of the newest, groundbreaking techniques.
Ecomodula hires certified inspectors to conduct independent air-tightness tests - so called blower door tests - of all our structures.
Unlike most construction companies, Ecomodula conducted a detailed study of all wall, floor and ceiling joints and window and doorframes in order to ensure perfect air- and vapor-tight seams, thus preventing heat bridges and humidity from penetrating into the siding panels, as this subsequently could affect the quality and life span of the structure. Moreover, all wood used for construction by Ecomodula is FSC or PEFC certified and comes from sustained-yield forests.
